(1) Every person shall have the right to privacy of his character, personal conduct and behavior.
(2) If any question arises regarding the character, conduct or behavior of a person, no one should make any comment regarding his character except during investigation and taking action in accordance with the law.
(3) No one should do any kind of work or action or make public anything related to his conduct or behavior that would hurt the character of any person, insult or humiliate him, hurt his self-esteem or harm his family life.
